Pilot Project for Exports of Indonesian Premium Cocoa Products

Indonesia’s premium chocolate industry is growing rapidly, and so is Australia’s demand for premium cocoa products – providing a sweet opportunity for Indonesian cocoa production businesses. This pilot project will support Indonesian exporters to enter the Australian market, and beyond.

Katalis will invest in activities to increase access to Australia’s market, including market research, workshops with Indonesian businesses from across the premium cocoa value chain, and a market visit for Indonesian exporters to Australia. Katalis and partner Pipiltin Cocoa, will work with Indonesian premium cocoa exporters and supply chain businesses, as well as the Government of Indonesia, to make sure the project meets industry needs and findings are shared widely.
