About the Engagement
Simplr Health Pty Ltd (Simplr) is an Australian company that is one of three partners proposing to construct a regenerative medicine clinic in the special economic zone in Sanur, Bali. Katalis is seeking a provider to deliver two work packages that will form the backbone of an information memorandum (IM) that will be used by Simplr to raise capital as part of their equity contribution to the project. Other elements contributing to the IM will be procured by the partnership and Simplr’s advisers. Respondents will need to be familiar with the health/regenerative medicine sector in general and demonstrate previous experience in developing similar projects or direct relevant experience in undertaking the various elements required. The preferred supplier will be expected to work closely with Simplr and their advisers in undertaking the work.
