Between June and September 2025, the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), in collaboration with the Indonesia-Australia Skills Exchange (IASE), presents a series of online training sessions aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesia's workforce. Supported by Katalis, the program features training delivered by Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), which are internationally recognised. This program is open to professionals, team leaders, and HR practitioners across Indonesia who seek to promote wellbeing and psychological safety in the workplace.

"Team Building" is a certified training designed to build trust, strengthen collaboration, and increase team productivity. The session will be delivered by an expert from Rapid Teams, a leadership training organisation based in Perth, Australia.
