Between June and September 2025, the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), in collaboration with the Indonesia-Australia Skills Exchange (IASE), presents a series of online training sessions aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesia's workforce. Supported by Katalis, the program features training delivered by Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), which are internationally recognised. This program is open to professionals, team leaders, and HR practitioners across Indonesia who seek to promote wellbeing and psychological safety in the workplace.

"Project Management Fundamentals" is an online course designed to equip participants with the essential tools, techniques, and mindset for successful project delivery. Delivered by the University of New England Partnerships, the training provides a solid foundation for leading projects with clarity, structure, and confidence.
