Between June and September 2025, the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), in collaboration with the Indonesia-Australia Skills Exchange (IASE), presents a series of online training sessions aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesia's workforce. Supported by Katalis, the program features training delivered by Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), which are internationally recognised. This program is open to professionals, managers, and business owners across Indonesia who seek to strengthen their leadership and team management skills in the workplace.

Titled "Leadership Skills in the Workplace", this certified training offers strategies for effective leadership and sharpens impactful decision-making skills. The training will be delivered by DeakinCo, a professional training provider from Australia and part of Deakin University in Melbourne.
